Stainless steel compressed wire mesh shock absorbing pads possess excellent elasticity, high-temperature resistance, vibration damping, noise reduction and anti-fatigue properties. They are widely used in various automobile systems. Typical application cases are shown below:


1. Automobile Exhaust System


Installed at the connecting flanges of exhaust pipes, three-way catalytic converters, turbochargers and EGR pipelines. The pads buffer intense vibration produced by engines during operation, avoid air leakage at joints, and withstand long-term impact of high-temperature exhaust gas. They effectively reduce exhaust noise and extend the service life of exhaust assemblies.


2. New Energy Vehicle Battery System


Adopted as shock-absorbing buffer pads inside power battery packs.
